New Year! (Let's Bake!)
I'd love to bake with you in 2026!
I’ve got so many exciting things planned for 2026, and I’m thrilled to invite you to join me along the way. Later this year, I’ll finally get to share my new book (more on that soon)! But I’m baking up plenty of fun in the meantime!
Let’s ring in the New Year having brunch together (from our own kitchens) 😊
Join me for a virtual Biscuits and Gravy class on Saturday, January 17th at 11:00 am CST. Or, you can snag the recording + bake whenever you like! (Best of all, my Green Chile Gravy can be made with sausage, or vegetarian, so come one, come all - it’s officially winter, so biscuits and gravy for everyone!) ✨
If you’d rather hang in person, come to one of my in-person workshops this spring!
Meet me in my hometown of Kansas City for Whisked Away KC - a real-life bakeation with my friends from The Bake Fest. Join me for a bakery tour of Kansas City, I’ll teach a hands-on baking class, and the team at The Bake Fest has even more in store! Please Note: this retreat is already half full, so reserve while the getting’s good! 🥐
If you’re interested in learning more, join Whisked Away host Stefani Pollack for a LIVE info session this Friday 1/16 at 12:00 CST - I’ll be there too! Bring your questions, get some answers, then prepare to pack your suitcase! 🍪
My friends at Reverie have asked me to host another retreat this May at the truly magical chateau outside of Toulouse, France. These trips are truly an incredible highlight of my year - I describe it as summer camp for grown ups! Including truly delicious meals from immensely talented chefs, the loveliest people, plus I’ll be teaching baking workshops throughout the week! I’d love to meet you there! ❤️
My April in-person class at King Arthur Baking is sold out, but check out the on-demand Pie Workshop, which is still available on their site! This workshop includes my method for making my extra flaky pie dough, techniques to help you pass the sturdy pie challenge, plus four delicious pie recipes to teach you more about fruit, custard, and cold-set pies. 🥧
